Hi, my name is Greg and I am a carboholic. Good morning to all my buddies!

Now that I seem to have a good handle on my blood sugars it is time to switch my focus on to the weight loss. Having been a diagnosed diabetic for over twenty years I can say this is the best numbers that I have seen in ages, even the psoriatic arthritis seems to be doing better.
