I have been horrible with what I eat over the last 6 months. With moving twice,a flooded basement & vacation, there are all kinds of excuses. Time to stop making excuses & fight the urge to mindlessly snack... Bought an air-popper, some shakes for breakfast & committing to getting moving more. Scrubbing the mud out of the basement is definitely going to help.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
