Didn't do as well with my lifestyle change. 3 candy bars this week, steak and cheese sandwich, and bun with my turner burger twic. However, I didn't fall all the way off. I ate my snack regularly and my lunches were planned out. Back on track next week.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
