Haven't exercised or kept up with my diet for basically 2 weeks... I feel like I just lost all my progress, and have to start ALL over again. I'm losing willpower and motivation.. 👎

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 July 2015:
1349 kcal Fat: 59.94g | Prot: 70.71g | Carb: 136.93g.   Lunch: Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cream Of Mushroom Soup (Canned, Condensed). Dinner: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios. Snacks/Other: Watermelon, Hill Country Fare Ice Cream Sandwich, Bananas. more...

You can do it. Just look at one meal at a time and you'll be back on track. Once you see even a little progress, it will inspire you to keep going.
