The eating didn't exactly go to plan yesterday but I did still keep within my allowance....but the kids were happy so it's ok, and i managed to bake them a cake without eating any of the cake mix (oh god i love cake mix!), so today my goals are to eat healthier, not to eat the damn cake (might have a small slice later if i'm good) and to work that little bit harder on the exercise later if I can....I log my exercise as soon as I get up and do it in the evening, if I didn't pre log it I probably wouldn't do it and I can't do it any earlier as the youngest (17mths) is very demanding and sleeps very little during the day so I find it difficult to fit in. Well done on resisting the cake mix and the cake so far! Cake mix is my weakness as well haha! Keep up the good work :)

I have three boys: ages 9, 7, and 3 and sometimes it gets hard for me to get my exercises in and to stay on track because they all are demanding. Every little accomplishment encourages me; if I fall I get back up. Great job!
