1044 kcal Fat: 42.89g | Prot: 84.82g | Carb: 59.93g.   Breakfast: Harris Teeter Blueberries, Skinless Chicken Breast, Zucchini, Skinless Chicken Breast, Butter, Lower carb mocha. Lunch: Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Earthbound Farm Romaine, Boar's Head Black Forest Deli Ham, Arugula Lettuce, Girard's Champagne Salad Dressing. Dinner: Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Chicken Back Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Regular Tofu (with Calcium Sulfate), Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Unsalted Dry Toasted Slivered Almonds, Blueberries, Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt, Guerrero Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Coconut, Weight Watchers Jalapeño String Cheese. more...
