why can i only do good for a few days???? i float around with the same pounds . well maybe my new goal will make it a well worth effort--- gonna try to get back into dating --its been a long while so i need to get rid of these ponds so i feel good about me and can buy some new cool clothes. can i hear a hells yeah????? so back to it today ----hello induction --goodbye 20 lbs. i also had a goal of losing so much before my birthday. need some lecturing from you all to stay strong and reach my goals.

It is important to have a nutrition plan and then maybe add some movement through yoga, or walking - maybe that can help you have focus and goals. Just an idea...
