Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 15 July 2015

Enjoyed today's gym session :) Trained legs, Biceps and Back. Got to do 320kg Leg Presses on the incline leg press machine. Not my highest weight but better safe than sorry :) I'm amazed at how much power and energy I have when I'm training on my fasting days and in a fasted state. My 1st meal is my post-workout protein shake. Hoping I don't retain too much water tomorrow morning for my official weekly weigh-in!
