Im not sure if its hormones or what is going on, but im craving all kinds of things. Im feeling very depressed, i have not exercised for 3days now. My motivation was up when i started noticing some definition in the ab area, but it all just fell down and i dont know why... fingers crossed to get back on the bus.

maybe to little iron in your body? I feel down, little depress , demotivated , when its that time of the month and i train a lot and eat very very clean , like the past 2 days i felt like that, i had some raisin chocolate last night and felt much better.

We all self sabotage so don't beat yourself up. Just pick up where you left off and and start s new day. After all we are just human 😀
