1411 kcal Fat: 46.16g | Prot: 101.75g | Carb: 150.45g.   Breakfast: Biltong, Manna Low GI Shake. Lunch: Clover Feta Plain, KOO Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Avocados, Mixed Salad Greens, Sliced Ham. Dinner: Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: SPAR 2% Low Fat Milk, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Naartjie, Apples, Bananas. more...

I started on fat secret out of curiosity. I have recently had a baby, and managed to lose all the baby weight in just x10months. Of course I still need alot of toning, but i made it my goal to be in a bikini in summer. 4months till summer, and being the lazy and busy person which I am, have managed to include 30minutes of exercise in my day. Im not following any specific diet, i dont eat less, infact I eat more. Fruits and veggies are my natural craving so i have the upper hand on that. However, with x2kids and a partner that loves junk food, it does get difficult with temptation. Im feeling good, and positive that in 4months i will be in that bikini, as well as toned up. Whats a mom to do
