Ate key lime pie yesterday for dessert. Haven't been sticking to the diet as planned. Back to the basics again!!! Gained a pound and not happy!!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
