Day one of the rest of summer! God is good.:)

Training Week1, Day7: 8X run 1min/walk 1min. Total distance: 6.4km. Time: 1hr,13min.

Praise God for great news today! My physiotherapist told me that the solaris muscle is causing the pain in my right hip, and he worked all session on it. He said this normally happens when a person starts running for the first time after a long absence. So glad to hear that this injury is normal.:) (Admit sheepishly that I was worried it was arthritis developing or another growth). Have target exercises to do for it, and adjustments for the running clinic's training schedule. The goal is to run 5 continuous miles pain free, hopefully in 6 weeks. Whatever God wills is good for me.:)

Breakfast: Honeynut Cheerios/Bran Flakes combo, coffee.
Lunch: 12oz nfat latte, Rice Krispee square
