I know how you feel. I think subconsciously when I've seen that I lost weight I try to reward myself and undo the progress I've made.

Great job on the discipline to lose almost 4 lbs! However, looks like you are eating too few cals for healthy weight loss... I suspect about a 1000 calorie deficit below what your maintenance level is.
