sick last night so couldnt eat all my calories. and havent eaten today yet. its 230pm. gonna figure something out for lunch and supper. probably a sandwich, some fruit and cereal later.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
