2984 kcal Fat: 95.79g | Prot: 110.73g | Carb: 169.99g.   Breakfast: Weetabix Weetabix, Asda Semi-Skimmed Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Sliced Ham, Tesco White Bread Rolls, Anchor Butter, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Dinner: Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Tesco Unsmoked Back Bacon Rashers, Chip Shop Chips, Stir Fried Vegetables, Pork Sausage (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Whiskey, Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Merlot Wine, Bass and Co Bass Ale Draft Beer - Pint. more...
