Grrrrrr, starting again today! Full Steam ahead. For some reason the last two weeks was all about BAD EATING, luckily didn't pick up that much weight.
166.9 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
