I think Ive hit a plateau so Im going work on my eating habits and start being more active. Last week my wife had a birthday so I had to be the one to finish the Reese's ice cream cake. That definitely didn't help but it made room in the freezer. :-/ That was one of my habits that I fell on, trying to eat all the leftovers in the fridge before they turned bad.

I joined another short challenge to help me stay focused on exercise. Im feeling the burn from doing flutter kicks and leg lifts. Just a few minutes a day. Ive been dog sitting my co-workers dogs, last week a lab and this week a mutt so Ive stuck to my walking challenge. The Doberman is in great shape and the 2 miles I walk no longer phases him. I did a 2 1/2 mile walk the other day and I was having pain in my knees. That is the reason Im no longer a long distance runner. The dog and I will run a hill on our course but its only about 2 or 3 tenths of a mile.
