Had guests in town and ate out a bunch plus made some wonderful meals. Here is what I did well: ate healthy food didn't eat empty calories like cookies, cakes, soda ate breakfast every day
What I didn't do well: stayed up late and didn't get enough sleep ate TOO much!
This week I am going to try lowering my calories to 1500 - 1700 and see if that makes a difference in addition to getting sleep, eating breakfast and staying away from white flour and sugar.
