Haven't been really careful about my diet the last few days. I spent the last 2 days on a road trip to see my grandparents. And my Grandma's cooking is a major guilty pleasure. I woke up with a headache that is making me nauseous this morning and had the first cup of coffee I've had in 5 months. I have tried to avoid caffeine but it is one of the only things that can kick my headaches. May just do some yoga today. Probably going to be really under my calorie number today.
