Workout with personal trainer was challenging. that is good because it shows how out of shape I am, more than I thought anyways. Supersets are killers. Should see some quick progress though.
Re-pulled the hammy last night during softball. The first few times I was timid about running but pushed it a little too much. Really hurting today. It shouldn't interfere too much with my workouts I don't think after a day or two.
