This afternoon is official weigh in with the personal trainer. Not expecting much downward movement (hope not up) on the scale as I was on vacation for the last 10 days. Watched what I ate (couple splurges), made better choices but did not get much structured exercise during vacation. Hamstring is feeling better.
Today will be the first day I can give the personal trainer's exercise program a decent try. We'll see how it goes.
