Doing pretty good tend to eat less than my RDI I find if I kind of graze then I don't eat as much at dinner which is my hardest with the hubby and kids, sometimes I eat less than my 8 year old. Getting them to eat better and or less is hard so there are nights I eat something totally different when before I wopuldn't make 2 different meals but I may have to for me. I also am sneaking veggies in where they can't see them :)
