Since June 8, I've been eating one raw vegan meal per day. I love it! Now all I have to do is keep my other two meals healthy (low fat, low sugar and low proceed white carbs)!
Sometimes it's a fruit smoothie for breakfast, sometimes it's a lunch full of a variety of fruits and veggies! Today I had both. It's all a matter of self control whether I blow it at supper. :)
