avg'd -800 calories for the week & lost only 1.4 lbs. Bummer :(
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If your body is like mine....you will see the loss in your next weigh-in. If you keep up what you are doing, you can't help but lose. Keep journaling to make sure you are not going over your caloric goals.

Wow, I'm so happy to say, 'I told ya so!' Congratulations! Wish me well for tomorrow's blood work for my A1C. I have an appointment with my doc next week and will discuss the results then. BTW, I think I've broken the 200 mark too! I'll keep watching for your ongoing losses. Good luck!
