Completely irritated!!! I eat the same thing everyday. I am always under my calories. Everything I eat is high in fiber due to needing to lower my cholesterol. I drink tons of water everyday. I haven't been doing well at working out, but it shouldn't matter. I have stuck to eating well and am STILL GAINING WEIGHT. I am the heaviest I have ever been & feel that way too. Had my thyroid checked, again, since I am hypothyroid, but I am within normal limits. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???

I don't know, but it might help to start working out regularly. Even a 30 minute walk every day might help. Make sure your getting enough protein too. My friend has a similar problem and gets plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies. Drinks plenty of water and exercises. She doesn't lose fast, but it's coming off.
