This weekend was total murder!! i hurt so bad I can't even explain. I almost hurt just to touch me! My mom brought up a point that I never considered was that people with fibermyalga feel like that all the time. Oh mercy! Well the only relief I could get was to take IB prophen, drink water and to walk. My last class was on Friday and thank the Lord I had two more days to recover before Monday came along.

Monday is here and I live to tell about what we did on Monday. I feel better but still kind of tender mainly on my thieghs. This morning at 5:30 am we started by running around the block twice. My first thought was I couldn't do that and that thought pleged me through my whole run. Guess what? I did do it!! and I wasn't too far behind everyone else. we did a curcuit training this morning. We did supermans, hydrants, mountain climbers, arm curls, crunches, jump rope, square running with side squats and sprints and then to squats flipping a tire over and over. We did this curcuit for 25 minutes. I have a feeling I will be tender again tomorrow but she told me to count on about 6 weeks of being very tender. After that-- there will be excercises that will make you sore.

I think I really am going to benefit from this excercise program. i am excited to see results.
