Have been eating chips, nor enough fresh fruits and vegetables abdominal have been eating fried foods. Need to get back on track! Have nor benefits hiking regularly, thyroid went out. Oh, been drinking a lot of latte's.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
