i love breakfast!


if that image works correctly i'll be very happy :P
this morning i made some eggs and topped them off with some salsa and cheese, toasted a whole grain english muffin to go with it, made a smoothie of mixed berries, a banana, some honey, and almond milk, and topped it off with some greek yogurt! lots of food but all healthy i'll have plenty of energy to work out!!!
