Yay even on vacation I lost 2 lbs! Changing my eating habits definitely has helped.
233.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great inspiration, thank you. I always dread vacation because of the 'inevitable' weight gain, but your words help me see it does not have to be.

I used to dread it too. I realized last week that just because I am in a different location it doesn't mean that I can't work out. I walked around the Mall of America on Saturday getting in almost 20,000 steps. I worked out in the hotel pool yesterday morning. I think what helped food wise is that I went and read the restaurant menus online before we ordered to see what will be the healthiest options.
