Trying to keep true to myself and accurately document my weight. I'm hoping this increase is just due to my TOM coming soon, and maybe just water weight and bloating. I havent been eating the best either, but I'm deciding that this is the last straw. I will not let myself gain any more, I need to get back on track.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
