Yesterday was a lazy horrible day filled with migraines and not eating well I hope to get in at least 30 minutes today ... Time to find my motivation again
231.4 lb Lost so far: 105.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yuck! Sorry about the migraines. I've been waiting to see if I get my yearly. It usually happens when the blackberries are in season here in Michigan but thankfully I haven't had one.
