Sitting at my computer, trying to come up with a way to make taco's more healthier, but still filling and flavaful. Think I have come up with a recipe that might work, going to try it out tomorrow for lunch.

I have someone allergic to fish in the family, taco stuff is a family meal I can't use fish. I'm think maybe chicken or pork loin. Fish would work if it was just me it would be fine.

Shredded turkey tacos maybe?

I would say lean turkey and/or black beans. Corn tortillas are better for you than flour tortillas.

I often will make me a taco salad when its taco night. Then I can fill up on the salad but still feel like I was in on the goods. And I only use one hard shell then, broken up over my salad.
