weigh in yesterday evening...
the doctor says...
I'm a poster child, that it's amazing losing 100+ in less than 8 months (104 as of this mornings scaling at home).
I told him it didn't feel like it, that once into the 'routine' it's gotten pretty simple to keep going and I didn't know it was 'amazing' since I'd always seem to go the other way (up)on the scale I wouldn't know 'crappy' from 'amazing' on the way down.
Although I still get a 'craving' now and then.
Now I can see the calloused odd shape of the end of my sternum that was broken back in '93 in the auto wreck, forgotten about that since it was hidden by....flesh.
Still think I look like some Victor Frankenstein's high school lab project in the mirror.
Hmm, if the saying 'chicks dig scars' where true, then I MUST a cross between casanova and james bond.
or the real Dos Equis 'most interesting man in the world'.
So is it true ladies?

the Podiatrist wants to begin the Achilles release/joint fusion on the toe (the joint just behind the nail, not where the toe comes out of the foot) when he gets back from vacation in 3 weeks if the ortho surgeon doesn't plan something first.
As for the Ortho/knee...I'm in my 3rd week of the joint shot with the rooster comb injections. So I'll see where it goes, 2 more to go...but the knee replacement will have to happen to straighten the geometry at least, it's effecting that Rt foot now by collapsing that arch.
