1. Drink 8 glasses of cold water a day
Guidelines: Drinking eight glasses of ice cold water a day will help you lose weight by keeping you hydrated and allowing you to exercise longer. It will also help clear skin. Drinking ice cold water can burn up to 500 calories a day, as your body burns calories trying to heat the water up.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
Guidelines: For you to be able to get in shape by the start of school, the exercise you choose should be something that makes you sweat. It would be extremely helpful to do a quick, easy toning workout immediately after you exercise.

3. STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD
Guidelines: Every time you think about eating something that isn't good for you, picture yourself 50 pounds heaier than you are now. You'd be surprised how effective this is. But, if you absolutely can't live without one kind of junk food, you can eat that food once a week, or you can have a day where you don't have any restrictions, which is sometimes shown to be beneficial to weight loss.

4. Wash your face
Guidelines: I'm hoping you do this already, but if you don't, you really need to. If you exercise, get sweaty, and don't wash your face, you'll have serious blackhead and pimple problems.
