One week back on track. I think for good this time. I stayed on track this last weekend with a lot of temptations. It has paid off with a 6 pound loss. I'm hoping by next week to be back under 200 pounds.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
