I think my body is telling me to slow down now. Feeling under the weather, I got myself into the dr. He sent me to the dentist. I found out I have a bad infection at one of the root tips on one of my molars. I have to get a your canal next week, after a week of antibiotics and wound draining.
Though I want to get into the gym for a workout, I feel my body needs me to rest and take a break from calorie restriction. That maintaining is best for me until the infection gets knocked down.
Still its discouraging to see my calorie intake go into the red. Just one of those issues tired to my previous battles with e.d.s.
