So my eating today went well ... had Greek food for Graduation it was delish!!! But should have bypassed the Ben and Jerry's ice cream cone ... but the good news about that was that I didn't eat all of it because it was too sweet. Score 1 for me tossing the rest in the trash :)

Good job!!! On the whole day AND on throwing the rest of the cone in the trash....seems like many of us on FatSecret are discovering that the things we used to crave (and sometimes still do) just DO NOT taste that good to us anymore...Hope you have a very MINDFUL Friday, Sat. and Sunday....
