Lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks.


138.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1219 kcal Fat: 39.69g | Prot: 56.23g | Carb: 174.41g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Blueberries , NP Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal. Lunch: Baby Spring Mix Salad, Cherry Tomatoes, 100% Whole Wheat Small Slice Bread, Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise, Turkey Bacon, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Peaches . Dinner: Spring Mix Salad Greens, Cooked Summer Squash, Tomatoes, Carrots , Roka Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, Lower Sodium Turkey Breast, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Fish Oil Omega 3, Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Blueberry, Flaxseed Oil , Special Dark Chocolate (4.25 oz bar), Banana. more...
