Lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks.


138.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1219 kcal Fat: 39.69g | Prot: 56.23g | Carb: 174.41g.   Breakfast: NP Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal, Blueberries , 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Peaches , Cherry Tomatoes, Turkey Bacon, 100% Whole Wheat Small Slice Bread, Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise, Baby Spring Mix Salad, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner: Carrots , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lower Sodium Turkey Breast, Spring Mix Salad Greens, Cooked Summer Squash, Tomatoes, Roka Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Snacks/Other: Banana, Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Blueberry, Special Dark Chocolate (4.25 oz bar), Fish Oil Omega 3, Flaxseed Oil . more...
