Lost 7 lbs in 6 weeks.


138.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1219 kcal Fat: 39.69g | Prot: 56.23g | Carb: 174.41g.   Breakfast: NP Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal, Blueberries , 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Turkey Bacon, Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise, Cherry Tomatoes, Peaches , 100% Whole Wheat Small Slice Bread, Baby Spring Mix Salad. Dinner: Carrots , Lower Sodium Turkey Breast, Spring Mix Salad Greens, Roka Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Summer Squash, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Banana, Special Dark Chocolate (4.25 oz bar), Fish Oil Omega 3, Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Blueberry, Flaxseed Oil . more...
