Morning!!! So I have stuck to the eating plan principles and made changes to my gym workouts - HIIT training - 30 minutes per session with some major SWEATAGE going on - yes that is my new word :-) My goodness the change has increased my appetite 10 fold and I need more sustenance for less workout time. Great change and at the mo I am fuelling the body with mostly good foods - proteins, especially at night. Is it wrong to enjoy a boiled egg with a cuppa tea at the end of the day??? Don't care as my goodness it is satisfying and I sleep like a baby!!! No weight change at present but I can feel more body changes - less wobbly bits... higher jump squats, more lunges, and push ups seem to be my life too... rest day today and I have been looking forward to it since Sunday. Classes I have tried at gym in the last week - 3 x Grit cardio, 2 x body balance and 1 x pump class + one PT session and fitness test. Looking at that I am still impressed I can get out of bed and walk every morning. Not sure if it is a high or not as I love my Sunday morning sleep in but I got up at 7.30 and went to pump class... felt good all day. anyways enough ramblings for this round - Wednesday lunch with my hubby and Thursday night new class - body combat so looking forward to those. - Have a great week and type to you soon!!!!
