I am pumped. I can feel it in my bones (or my fat). I am ready to shed this last 20 lbs. I gaines 60 lbs with my pregnancy. I haven't really been trying really hard to get it all off. But with this website and my diet plan I know I can do it. I am nursing so I can' do the appetite suppresants. So today is day 3 offically. It already seems to haven't gotten easier. But I have restricted myself to the under 1,000 cal/day yet. Yesterday I did around 1300. If I hadn't had my snacks I would have made it. Tonight my husband wants to go out to dinner. So I plan to just have a steak and only half of it. Water not wine for dinner, a small house salad with just vinegar, no bread and NO dessert. I need to be able to live life, by going out to dinner. We are also going my mother in laws this weekend. Its always a big pig out weekend. Junk food on kitchen island at all times, so I think I will pack my own food for weekend, so I can avoid snacking.
