Happy Tuesday! I hope your week has started off well.

Sunday I worked with the trainer. We did chest and back, chest presses, chest flys, medicine ball pushups, back flys, assisted pull ups, lat pull downs and back extensions. It was a good workout but I'm more interested in doing core and legs to improve my running and prevent injuries.

I also got about 1/2 of the yard mowed in between thunderstorms. Hopefully it won't rain tonight and I can get more of it mowed.

Yesterday I ran my hill. I did two laps of up the hill, down the hill and back for 50 minutes. It ended up being 4.09 miles at a pace of 12:19/mile. Not too bad as I wasn't pushing the speed since I was planning on the full 50 minutes. It was tough though. I'm definitely feeling it this morning.

Tonight is with the trainer. Should be good.
