Been away from here for awhile...trying to get back on track....so here I go!!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you...took a break for awhile...alot of changes in my life...thank goodness I didn't totally blow away all my hard work...I've only gained 6 lbs since April 2015
