Today only traces of ketosis. I noticed that if I go to the gym my body maintain more food and fat and my ketosis changes a bit, compared in days when I don't exercise.
Well at least there are some traces and my weight is going down, I just hope my metabolism doesn't get too slow, otherwise the maintenance will be terrible!
132.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
