Fatsecret is helping me keep up with my sugar and carb intake.. Trying to keep my blood sugar as close to normal.. Plus I am adding 1 Tbsp of Braggs Organic (with Mother) Apple Cider to a half glass of water, ice and a little Mio flavor drops before meals and bedtime which really help with blood sugars..I am also doing real well on online Weight Watchers Points Plus but this site breaks it down for me.
