Gained!!! Went to Barb's to return the wheelchair in Vermont. Stayed for lunch....UUGHHHH!!! Had leftovers for dinner when we got home. Chicken quesidillas !!!! Have to get back in the routine again!!!!!

234.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
