Down a bit more.

Hopefully what ever was going on last weekend is done and I can keep dropping.

Going to start car shopping.

I HATE CAR SHOPPING AND PAYMENTS!!!!

I hope the stress doesn't cause me problems. (both weight and blood pressure)

218.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb. Still to go: 7.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.2 lb a week

Nice drop! Have fun car shopping and you're right, car payments are not fun. Don't let the salesperson stress you out. Tell them you are "just looking".
