Still hanging in there doing an hour long workout everyday (or 5-6 times a week). Haven't lost any more weight, but am stronger, able to do more of the workout and not quite as short-winded. The workouts are tough and left me with DOMS many days. That part has finally subsided. Sixty minutes of jumping jacks, squats, lunges, push-ups and burpees will make you sore indeed! Like I said last week, I may not lose any weight, but I will be the healthiest big girl ever!
