Hi DonutDollie I have been using it for my hair and on my face, but not my whole body. Every morning I have a black decaf coffee with one spoon of coconut and a spoon of local honey (stops me getting hayfever) in it and it is delicious. I have tried having it in various ways in my breakfast, but it was always a pain to try and melt it and I don't really like just eating a spoon of it on its own, so this way I find really works for me.

PS - In the states we call it 'Bullet Proof Coffee'. Have no idea why.

I have never heard of that Buffy but googling it now it seems that is a serious dose of filtered black coffee with lots of butter in it (two tablespoons!!), plus another two tablespoons of some other oil!!! - don't think I could face that at any time of the day! I love butter, but to drink it....I'm not sure. Think I will stick to my combination - I only use one teaspoon of coconut oil.

Your day out in London sounds perfect to me! I have heard a lot of good stuff about coconut oil from a friend of mine. She always looks lovely, shiny hair, nice skin.

@Bunty145 I'm starting to belive it too. If I wash and dry my hair and then put coconut on my hands and run it through my hair (sometimes looks a little greasy but not the next morning) then I use the straighteners the next day and my hair is lovely and needs no products at all.
