Morning Blood Sugar: 184
Noon Blood Sugar: 155
Evening Blood Sugar: 107

May have over done it on the Bullet Proof Coffee / Tea, was half way through my third cup and started getting cramping, so switched to plain peppermint tea and it seems to have calmed down the nausea. Too much at one time I guess. Live and learn.
