Very good traces of ketosis this morning, my weight loss is proceeding better this time so far. Yesterday I was starving for most of the day but I hope it will get better when my body adjust to the new food intake quantity.
But in general knowing that I'm burning fat at 1.5 is really good for 3 days in the diet.
I just hope this time around I'll learn how to change my lifestyle in terms of food, otherwise any diet will never last long term....and it's what all we want!
134.9 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
